  • All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

  • HL Studio reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders to the addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy when entering your information.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, seasons & holidays.
  • HL Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package is marked as delivered.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept refunds however we do return & exchanges if it falls under our manufacturing defect, within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please refer to the return & exchange policy for the full terms.

  • Once return is approved, returns for exchange subject to product availability and shipping fees is not covered by us.
