Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with HL Studio. We are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund & exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Refunds available: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products unless they are determined to have manufacturing defects.
  2. All Final Sale Items are non refundable/non exchangeable.
  3. Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require the following:
    • A clear description of the defect.
    • Photos or videos of the defective item.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
  4. One Time Exchange: If the size does not fit, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size within 7 working days of receiving your order. Conditions to qualify for a size exchange:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • You must contact us via IG/Email/Whatsapp within 7 working days to initiate the exchange.
    • Use a courier with tracking services to return to the warehouse address.
    • We do not offer free return shipping. Return shipping fee is at buyer’s expense.
  5. Approval Process Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Replacement of the defective item, subject to availability.
    • Store credit for the value of the defective item.
  6. Conditions
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Claims submitted after 7 days of receiving the order will not be considered.
    • We reserve the right to reject claims if the defect is determined to be caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
